Listings and Descriptions

Each watch is a single, individually described object. We describe condition carefully and disclose what is known and unknown. Photographs are of the actual watch. Where a specification cannot be verified, the listing says so rather than estimating.

Prices and Availability

The price of each watch is shown on its listing. Availability is not held by an enquiry; a piece is sold once payment is confirmed. Where a listing contains a manifest error, we may correct it and will tell you before proceeding.

Formation of a Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing following successful payment, not when an enquiry is sent or received.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction when buying as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
