REFUNDS & RETURNS

Every watch we sell is a single, individually described object. The listing is the contract: what you see photographed and described is the watch that arrives.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Because each piece is unique, we describe condition in detail and disclose known faults, including those visible only under a loupe. If anything in a listing is unclear, ask before purchase. We would far rather answer questions than process a return.

RETURN PERIOD

The return window applicable to your purchase is confirmed in writing at the time of sale. Where you are buying as a consumer, any statutory cancellation rights that apply in your jurisdiction apply in addition to anything we offer, and are not reduced by this policy.

CONDITION OF RETURNED WATCHES

A returned watch must come back in the condition it was sent, unworn beyond trying it on, with all documentation, packaging and any accessories supplied. We photograph every piece before dispatch, so condition on return is assessed against that record.

  • Original packaging and any supplied documentation included
  • No sizing, resizing or alteration of bracelets or straps
  • No servicing, opening or repair by a third party
  • No damage incurred after delivery

WATCHES ALTERED AFTER PURCHASE

A watch that has been resized, modified, serviced or repaired after delivery cannot be returned. Alteration is irreversible in practice and changes the object we described.

RETURN SHIPPING

Arrange the return with us before sending anything — an unannounced parcel cannot be tracked or insured on our side. Responsibility for return shipping cost is confirmed with you when the return is agreed. Return shipments should be tracked and, where possible, insured for the value of the watch.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND CUSTOMS

International returns must be declared correctly as returned goods. Customs charges arising from an incorrectly declared return are the sender’s responsibility. We will tell you how to declare the parcel when the return is agreed.

DAMAGED RETURNS

If a returned watch arrives damaged, we will photograph it on receipt and send you those photographs before anything else happens. A refund may be reduced to reflect damage incurred after delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the watch has been received and inspected. Because our stock is one of a kind, we cannot offer a like-for-like exchange; we are glad to discuss another piece in the collection instead.
